When Iowa Rock ’n Roll Hall of Famer Pat Rouse picks up his guitar and Kirstin Rouse steps to the keys, you don’t just hear music—you feel it. Together they are The Grain Powered Duo and Guilty Pleasures Duo, two names audiences in Iowa and Arizona know for their unmistakable sound and unforgettable shows. Pat and Kirstin can fill a room with the power of a full band, yet they can just as easily create an intimate set with nothing more than voice, guitar, and keyboard. Their performances mix classic rock, country, disco, standards, and holiday favorites, covering artists such as The Eagles, Bob Seger, Aretha Franklin, Fleetwood Mac, and Jimmy Buffett. From "Folsom Prison Blues" to "Play That Funky Music," every show is crafted to keep people singing along, dancing, and smiling.

This duo has entertained at top resorts, country clubs, festivals, and private events in Arizona, and they continue to bring that same energy back home to Iowa. Fans across the Midwest have caught them at favorites like the Ducktail Lounge, Kelly's Little Nipper, the Destination Grill, the Des Moines Eagles Club, and more.
